Note: Honey crystallization is a natural process of natural sugar molecules bonding together to form crystals. Placing the glass bottle of honey in a pot of warm water will return the honey to a free flowing state. To preserve the beneficial properties of honey, not do heat higher that 105 degrees F and do not heat by microwave.
